Send one link. Get the whole month approved.
Share a single review link for a client's month. They open it on their phone with no account and no password, see every post and script in date order, and approve, comment or ask for changes. Each decision is signed with their name and lands on the post with the time.

The problem
Approvals live in WhatsApp threads, screenshots and voice notes. Feedback gets lost, a post goes out with last week's caption, and nobody can say who approved what.
What changes
Nothing for the client to set up
The link is the access. It covers one workspace and one calendar month, never shows drafts, expires after 60 days and can be revoked at any time.
Approve one, a few or the whole month
Clients can approve a single post, a selection or everything in one tap, or ask for changes with a note your team sees on the post itself.
Follow-ups that send themselves
See whether the client has opened the link, and get notified the moment they decide or comment. If a post is still waiting a day after it was sent, a reminder goes out, and a morning digest lists everything pending.
A record you can point at
Who decided, what they wrote and which revision they saw stays attached to the content, so “we never approved that” has an answer.
How it works
From setup to done in four steps.
- 1Plan the monthDraft the client's posts and scripts on the calendar as you normally would. Nothing reaches the client until you decide the month is ready.
- 2Create the review linkOpen the month in the planning view and create a link. The same step can move the month's drafts into review, so the client sees the complete plan.
- 3The client reviews on their phoneThey see every item in date order, preview each one, and approve, comment or request changes, signing each decision with their name.
- 4Act on the answersApproved posts are ready to schedule. Change requests come back as notes on the post, and the revised version returns to the same link.

Who it helps
How different teams use Client approval links.
For agencies
Send every client one link at the start of the month instead of a deck, a spreadsheet and a string of messages. Account managers can see who has opened their link and who is holding things up.
For in-house teams
Get sign-off from a founder, a regional head or a legal reviewer who will never log in to a marketing tool. Their decision is stored on the post with their name.
For freelancers
Look organised to every client from the first month. A clean review page replaces screenshots in chat, and the record settles any later question about what was agreed.
Questions about Client approval links
No. A review link opens without signing in, and the client adds their name when they make a decision. If you would rather give a client a seat, the Client role can sign in, review and comment, but cannot edit or publish. Client members do not count toward your member limit.
No. A link is scoped to one workspace and one month, and each client lives in their own workspace.
The post moves to “changes requested” with their note. Your team edits it, the new revision is kept in the history, and it goes back for review on the same link.
Anything still waiting a day after it was sent triggers a reminder to your team, and a daily digest lists every pending approval so you know exactly whom to nudge and about what.
Yes. Creating the link for a month can move that month's drafts into review at the same time, so the client sees the complete plan rather than a partial one.
