Yes. 7 days, no credit card. The trial runs with 1 workspace, 2 members and 10 posts, which is enough to put a real piece of content through the whole workflow.
Mainly the limits: how many client workspaces you run, how many people can be in each, how many posts per workspace each month, and how much media you can store. Some plans also include extra features; the comparison table shows exactly which plan includes what.
Those features are built and included in the plan, and are being switched on for customers as platform approvals complete. Ask us and we can turn them on for your workspace.
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits for writing and the assistant, and each action costs a set number of credits. Top-ups never expire: 100 credits for ₹499, 500 credits for ₹1999.
One workspace per client, typically. Starter includes 2, Pro includes 5, Agency includes 25.
No. Each plan sets a number of members per workspace, but you are not billed per person. A solo freelancer and a team of five pay the same on the same plan.
Usage against every limit is shown in the app before you reach it. When a workspace hits its monthly post limit, posting pauses for that workspace until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from billing settings at any time, and the change takes effect immediately.
All major credit and debit cards, through Razorpay. Billing is in INR, and paid plans renew monthly until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from billing settings and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Plans are non-refundable, including partial periods.
Email support on every plan. Priority support and bespoke onboarding are part of Enterprise, which is arranged directly.
