Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Zero One Creation covering accounts, workspaces, content, billing and acceptable use.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
- These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Zero One Creation, the operator of Social Sphere CRM, for use of our content planning, approval and social media collaboration platform.
- They apply to the web application at socialspherecrm.com and to the Social Sphere CRM Android application, which presents the same service.
- By creating an account, accessing or using the platform you accept these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
- If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use the platform.
- We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify account owners of material changes by email or an in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts & Sign-In
- You can create an account with an email address and a password, with a one-time code sent to your email address, or by signing in with Google. Other platforms you connect, such as LinkedIn or Facebook, are used for publishing, not for signing in.
- New email addresses must be verified before the account can be used. You are responsible for keeping your password, your email account and any device you use to access the platform secure.
- You must provide accurate account information and be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- Workspace owners and admins control workspace access, member roles and client invitations, and are responsible for ensuring that the people they invite are authorized to see that workspace's content. Members with the client role see only what that role allows.
- Notify us immediately at contact@zeroonecreation.com of any unauthorized use of your account or workspace.
- You can delete your account yourself at any time from your profile page. See socialspherecrm.com/account-deletion for what deletion removes and what is retained.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the platform only for content, media and client approvals you have the rights to manage.
- Do not upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
- Do not use the platform to send spam, to operate inauthentic or automated engagement, or in any way that breaches the terms of a connected social platform. Only message people on WhatsApp who have contacted your business number or agreed to hear from you, as WhatsApp's own policies require.
- Do not use social listening or the engagement inbox to track, profile or harass individuals, or for any purpose a connected platform's terms prohibit.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, plan restrictions, rate limits, security measures or access controls, or to interfere with other customers' workspaces.
- Do not resell or provide the service to third parties except through the collaboration features we provide, namely workspaces and client roles.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms after notice, or immediately in the case of serious violations or risk to the service or its users.
4. Connected Accounts & Third-Party Platforms
- Connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business, Slack or Sanity account is optional, and you may disconnect at any time from workspace settings.
- By connecting an account you authorize us to publish the content you create and schedule in Social Sphere CRM to that account, to read back analytics for it and, where your plan includes the engagement inbox, to read and reply to comments and messages, using the permissions you grant during the connection flow. Our Privacy Policy lists those permissions for each platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish to each connected account, and for complying with each platform's own terms, policies and content rules. Those terms apply to you directly and we are not a party to them. They include the Meta Platform Terms and Facebook and Instagram terms, the Threads Terms of Use, the X Terms of Service, the LinkedIn User Agreement, the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), the Pinterest Terms of Service, the Bluesky Terms of Service, the Google Terms of Service for Google Business Profile, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Slack's terms.
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish, reply with or send through the platform, including content published by other members you have invited and content approved through a client review link.
- Platforms change, restrict and deprecate their APIs on their own schedule, and may rate-limit, reject or remove content, or revoke access, at any time. We do not guarantee that publishing to any platform will succeed or continue to be available.
5. Client Review Links
- A workspace can share a private review link that lets anyone who has it view the content shared for review and approve it, request changes or comment, without an account.
- You are responsible for who you share a review link with. Links expire after 60 days and can be revoked at any time from the workspace.
6. Third-Party Application Access
- You may authorize an external application to access your workspace on your behalf, through the consent screen the platform presents.
- You are responsible for the applications you authorize and for what they do with the access you grant. Revoke an authorization at any time if you no longer want it.
- Automated access must respect our rate limits and must not be used to circumvent plan limits.
7. Plans, Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Agency) are billed monthly in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. Enterprise plans are arranged separately by contacting us.
- Subscriptions are purchased and managed on the web at socialspherecrm.com. Purchases are not offered inside the Android application.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method through Razorpay.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes such as GST, which are added where required by law.
- We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
- If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it and you keep full access for a 3-day grace period. If payment is not recovered, workspace actions are limited until payment succeeds or you change plans. Your existing data remains accessible.
- Invoices for each payment are available in the billing section of your workspace.
8. Refunds & Cancellation
- All plans are non-refundable. Payments already made, including for partial billing periods and upgrades, are not refunded or credited, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page, either immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle, and you can pause and resume it there. Cancellation is also available inside the Android application.
- After cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further renewals are charged.
- Downgrades and plan changes take effect according to the timing you select, and do not generate refunds for the difference.
- An active paid subscription must be cancelled before the account that owns it can be deleted, so that no charge is made to an account that no longer exists.
9. Free Trial
- New accounts are eligible for a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required, and the trial is available in the Android application as well as on the web.
- Trials do not auto-convert into paid subscriptions. When the trial ends, workspace actions are limited until you choose a paid plan; your data remains accessible.
- Trial workspaces have reduced limits, including restrictions on the number of members and on member roles.
- The trial is offered once per account.
10. Your Content & Data
- You retain all rights to the content you upload and create, including posts, scripts, ideas, blog drafts, media and comments. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit and display it solely in order to provide the service to you and to the workspace members you have invited.
- That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
- Within a workspace, the workspace owner controls access. If you join a workspace owned by someone else, that owner administers the content in it.
- We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train AI models. We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can delete your account and its data yourself; workspace owners can request a data export by contacting support.
- We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
- The platform itself, including its software, design, branding, documentation and the Social Sphere CRM name and logo, remains our property or that of our licensors. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not any ownership of it.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the platform, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.
- Feedback and suggestions you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation or compensation.
12. Service Availability & Changes
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages or events beyond our control may cause downtime.
- We may add, change or remove features, including features that depend on third-party platforms whose availability is outside our control.
- If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- We are not responsible for content published to third-party social networks by you or your clients, for the acts or omissions of those platforms, or for business decisions made on the basis of approvals or metrics recorded in the platform.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
14. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you publish through the platform, from your breach of these terms, or from your breach of a connected platform's terms or of applicable law.
15. Suspension & Termination
- You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment after the grace period, or where required by law. Where practical we give notice and an opportunity to remedy first.
- On termination, the licence granted to you ends. Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and on our account deletion page.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Courts at our registered place of business in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.
- Before filing a claim, contact us at contact@zeroonecreation.com; most issues can be resolved directly.
17. Contact
- For questions about these terms, email contact@zeroonecreation.com or use the contact form on our website.
- We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours on business days.
